As the Senior VP of Construction for AIMCO for 19yrs, he developed and managed the entire Midwest and Southern US regions. Gary uses his multifamily knowledge and experience to head CAPgro’s nationwide client pre-acquisitions process. His proven methodology for on-site due diligence, budget creation, and scope development ensures every project exceeds client expectations.

In 2015 Briana joined CAPgro bringing 17 years in construction accounting ranging from project accounting to Controller. Briana has a strong background in team management, budget management, client draws, contract administration, AP/AR, Monthly Financials, payroll, and sales tax. She has assisted in streamlining and improving accounting processes in her project accounting role.
