In 2016, Gary joined our executive team as Vice President of Construction bringing more than 32 years of construction management and development experience. As the Senior VP of Construction for AIMCO for 19yrs, he developed and managed the entire Midwest and Southern US regions. Gary uses his multifamily knowledge and experience to head CAPgro’s nationwide client pre-acquisitions process. His proven methodology for on-site due diligence, budget creation, and scope development ensures every project exceeds client expectations.

Tyler’s accomplished 10-year multifamily experience ranges from Sub-Contractor to Senior Project Manager. His proficiency with the technical, practical, and management oversight aspects of a project, gives him the advantage our clients expect. His attention to project scope, schedule, and budget yields high-quality renovation projects throughout his portfolio.
Business Development Manager
Steven has over 20 years of construction and renovation experience. His experience reaches from commercial newbuild, single family custom homes, to multifamily renovation. He joined CAPgro’s team in 2016 to document and streamline essential processes to increase performance in accounting and field communication. Steven now leads CAPgro’s business development department, seeking owners and investors who are looking to leverage our management expertise with their acquisition and renovation programs.
